  1. WINFILER

  4. Winfiler has been designed to be used as a simple ASCII
  5. text editor for modifying system, INI files or for writing BAT
  6. files.  It is not designed as a word processer since it cannot
  7. handle fonts or any of that good stuff.  I wrote this as an 
  8. alternative to notepad...it looks nicer and the controls are
  9. easier to reach.

  11. When you creat a new file and then press the New/Save/File
  12. button you will be prompted by a message box.  Make sure you
  13. know into which directory you want to put the file and then 
  14. enter the full path name in the message box then click OK.

  16. To install WINFILER copy the  *.DLL   ,  *.VBX   and the  *.MSG
  17. files to c:\windows\system.
  18.  
  19. You can then add WINFILER to any of your Groups as you would
  20. any other application.
